Exhaust Hoods

Exhaust Hoods:

There are countless models on the market and there are about as many types of ventilation in the different hoods.

Today, the different types are not important for the design, but a nice cooking place requires a large and beautiful hood, which cover more than the entire cooking space. A hood, which hangs down from the ceiling, has built two kinds of exhaust, resulting in invisible air currents which ensure a good extraction of fat, moisture and air. This type requires more space than a model with vertical exhaust.

Vertical ventilation is often used where there is not so much space, since the design does not cover the entire cooking space. Extraction in this way also gives a good result when filters are placed at the bottom.

Tubes for exhaust must have the same diameter as the cooker hood or extractor fan.
